1. Familiar with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, AI, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.
2. Art, graphic design or related majors, more than three years’ practical work experience (working experience in Taobao shop design, e-commerce is preferred).
3. Independently accomplish promotion campaign pages layout and webpage making.
4. Strong art skills and good ideas, good at expressing ideas with vision.
5. Unique understanding and insight for products design, capable of post-production of product pictures.
6. Experience in graphic design in advertising company or art design in Taobao shop is preferred.
7. Good professional quality, professional dedication and team spirit, good at communication.

1. Assist operation managers for shop operation, improving click rate and page views to complete shop sales target.
2. Regular online planning activities to improve shop reputation, gather flow and popularity to achieve sales.
3. Organize daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring data as traffic data, sales data, transaction data, product management, customer management, etc.
4. Regularly follow up, assess the promotion effect, submit the statistical analysis and put forward relative improving measures in time.
